XL Rated trailer curtains are manufactured to a higher standard than normal trailer curtains. The curtainsides themselves must be manufactured in a specific manner and from certain materials to conform to EN-12641-2. These include vertical webbings with 2400 daN breaking strength, buckles positioned at a maximum distance of 60 cm and four horizontal 1300 daN webbing strips.

To make a set of curtains to your specifications we need to know some measurements and details as follows:
A. The length of the curtain which is measured from the centre of one pole to the other (we will work out the allowance needed for fitting).
B. The measurement from the bottom of inside the curtain tracking down to the bottom of the side rave.
